Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese

Last week I tried a new recipe for Buffalo Chicken Macaroni and Cheese. I found the recipe while browsing the Food Network website. Here's the link:

I was pretty psyched to try it but I wasn't as impressed as all the people that sang its praises in the comment section of the website. There was lots of flavor and overall it was pretty good but I have decided I just don't like chicken in my mac and cheese. This recipe also required the use of at least half of my kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Not really...but there were a lot of dishes to do afterward. I probably won't make it again.
